Our microwave popcorn gives you the delicious taste of fresh, homemade popcorn.
This explosive new product uses specially selected varieties of Butterfly kernels with exceptional popping properties. The popping bag is specially designed for microwave purposes: it ensures maximum popability and produces light and fluffy popcorn flakes. Within minutes, you can enjoy popcorn without having to mix the ingredients yourself.

To prepare our bulk popcorn, pour enough cooking oil into a deep, heavy pan so that the bottom is covered.
Drop three or four kernels into the oil. Allow the oil to heat at a high temperature. If your oil starts to smoke, it is too hot. Vegetable oils are low in saturated fat. Use oils with low saturated fats to have a healthier snack. Do not pop popcorn in butter. Butter will burn.
When the test kernels start popping, add just enough popcorn to cover the bottom of the pan and reduce heat to medium. Shake the pan to be certain oil coats each kernel. Be sure the lid of the pan is loose enough to allow steam to escape.
When popping slows to 2-3 seconds between pops, remove from heat and serve. If preferred, season with sugar or salt, melted butter or syrup.
Kernels that do not pop are known as "old maids". They do not have sufficient water contained within the starch to create the build up of pressure needed to pop the kernels.
